Returns

Return Deadline

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refund Procedure

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 30 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, check your bank statement first.

Return Costs

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We highly recommend using trackable shipping (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Returns must be sent to Canada, with shipping fees starting from €20, covered by the customer.

Exceptions

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge.
  • If the issue persists after a replacement, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed due to our automated system.
